What terms do your offers come with?

Offers are non-contingent true cash offers in as-is condition. When we say as-is, it really means as-is. No cleanings, repairs, or updates required. The offer is the final amount you will get, minus any typical real estate transfer taxes, closing costs, mortgage and other liens you may owe on it. You don’t pay any fees or commissions to Platinum Dare LLC.

Does Platinum Dare LLC have to come visit the property in order to make an offer?

Yes, we need to visit the property once to take a quick walk through but no need to clean or straighten anything! We are as-is buyers so we want to make it easy and smooth process for you.
